Sandy is married to Jason Morrow and together they have two daughters, Alexia and Macie, and two furbabies, Stark & Gix. Her passion for fitness began through the love of sports growing up. She believes that exercise doesn’t have to be a daunting task, so she prides herself on making training sessions fun, yet challenging, educational and most importantly effective. She specializes in weight loss, strength training and speed/agility conditioning. Understanding life is busy, she strives to help people find their personal balance where health and wellness is a priority for the entire family. Clay Maxfield is a NFPT Certified Personal Trainer with nearly 10 years of training experience. While holding a master’s degree in Communications from Purdue University along with a bachelor’s degree in English from Indiana University, Clay has also worked as a journalist and photographer for several local newspapers.
In training, Clay’s enjoyment of physical fitness began as a varsity boys basketball coach and high school weight lifting instructor from there translating into being able to help others reach their fitness goals both big and small. He specializes in injury rehabilitation along with weight loss, strength and mobility training, ensuring that there isn’t a fitness goal he can’t help you reach.

James “Jamie” Shields
Born in Lafayette Indiana. NASM certified personal trainer since 2016. Specializes in strength training, mobility and balance training, HIIT , group fitness and fat loss. Jamie also has experience working with physical therapist, specifically for Shoulder rehabilitation. Jamie has training experience with senior citizens and Youth Sports conditioning for athletes in basketball and baseball.

I am NASM CPT. I am married to my husband Carl and have 3 children. I am an avid runner, hiker, and love to be outside! I started with fitness in teaching HIIT classes. My goal is to help my clients gain strength and confidence by understanding they are much stronger than they think they are. I believe that the gym is not just 4 walls and weight, but can be anywhere you can challenge and move your body. I work with youth, women, anyone in any shape and size with a variety of goals and challenges. In working with clients, I hope I can help people can learn that movement and strength are important in everyday life, not just for those specifically training, but those that want to have a better more mobile life style!

Amanda is a Holistic Healing & Wellness Coach and founder of Anahata Healing Arts. As a Reiki master and Certified RYT-200 yoga instructor, she deeply enjoys guiding others in reconnecting with themselves through yoga and meditation. With a love of weight lifting and also of the healing arts, her offerings are a blend of strength and mindfulness. Her practices are heart centered, anatomy focused and for every level of yogi. Emma is an ACE certified personal trainer with an extensive background in functional exercise and is the owner of Resilience Fitness. She is currently working on a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on clinical physiology at Purdue. As a coach, Emma loves to introduce people to exercise as a way to better their everyday lives. Emma emphasizes not only the physical benefits of exercise but as well as the mental benefits. Emma coaches Functional Fit group classes as well as personal and private group sessions.

My name is Whitney Nelson, I am an elite trainer with ISSA. I also have a certificate in sports nutrition. I’ve been a full time hairstylist for the last 14 years. I’m married to my wonderful husband Alex, we have a son and two fur babies. I have always had a passion for being active. I played basketball and danced in highschool and am happiest outside hiking. I started weight training about 6 years ago and it changed my life. I have had my personal training certification since January 2021. I also have some experience rehabbing an injury, as I tore my Achilles tendon in August 2020. My passion is helping people get strong and overcome any obstacles in their training. I also love to educate and coach nutrition for fat loss or muscle gain.
